

Arnold M. Eckhouse, D.O., Director of CMC Orthopedic, has 30 years of experience practicing orthopedics, sports medicine, musculoskeletal injury management, and treatment of occupational injuries in both Michigan and Florida. Previously, he was Chief of Staff and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery for Saginaw Osteopathic Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan.
Dr. Eckhouse is a Founding Member of the Sports Medicine division of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. Additionally, he is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Medical Association, American College of Industrial Medicine, and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Eckhouse received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State and his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Samuel Mendez, Physician Assistant, CMC, approaches his practice of medicine with the goal of “making man whole.” He is certified as a physician assistant, as well as in Advanced Pediatric Life Support and Adult CPR.
Mr. Mendez is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He was Valedictorian of his Physican Assistant program and graduated Cum Laude from Loma Linda University with a Bachelor of Health Science.
